Video Courses

  • All video course purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course content or feel it did not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but a full refund may not be guaranteed.

Consulting Services

  • For one-on-one consulting services, refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a 50% fee.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the consulting services provided, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund.
